As a project manager, communication is very essential if you must do well especially with your sponsors. It will make your sponsor to be more committed and know that he or she is investing in the right place.

Communication is an essential key to a successful project. One of the strategy that applies to me is meeting with each stakeholder in cases of bad news to discussing it so as to avoid taking them unaware during the general stakeholders meeting. Always develop a solution to any negative/bad news that may arise in an ongoing project.
