  1. Communicating with stakeholders is not just a soft skill; it is a strategic capability. Projects, teams, and careers progress faster when communication is clear, structured, timely, and empathetic.

  2. : A project manager can never rule out the importance of effective communication and this meet be tailored to the person you are communicating to
    You must make sure that they are all in one with whatever you are thing to explain to them

  3. In my current role as an engagement and partnership officer, Timely and clear communication with the stakeholders is quite important because it ensures that the goals of the partnership are understood clearly and that ongoing projects will be successful.

  4. As a Project Manager it is my responsibility observe stakeholders to know which communication style works best . It is also my responsibility to ensure that issues are addressed and resolved immediately , by doing so the project flows effectively . And then if there’s a bad news never to bring it up at the table first, it is better to have individual meetings with each stakeholder to know where they stand instead of going head on in the meeting . Regular and honest communication is very important.

  5. My responsibility as a project manager is to ensure all stakeholders know the level of progress by constantly communicating with each and everyone of them.

  7. There are different types of stakeholders, ensure you understand them and communicate to them based on the kind of person they are: for the analytical stakeholder, bring data, calculations etc

  8. Communication is the ”core” of every successful project. If Communication fails then the project fails because it will definitely affects timeline delivery to the stakeholders and clients.
