I was made to understand that communication with stakeholders, team and everyone involved in a project is very important. A good communication plan must be used to get a better result, it’s very important to speak with the persons involved individually as it makes the project executable.
Constant communication with stakeholders helps the team to manage their time and work more effectively because there is clear understanding of what is required at ever point.
your communication stlye should depened on the person you are communicating with. some people are analytical,so with this you should know you tqlk to them wih reports and plans on the projects, some are people oriented so you communicate wiyh them showing that you care about the project.
For an effective communication with stakeholders, I’ll go with having a planned discussion. By this I mean, pointing down what to discuss with the stakeholders before meeting them.
Understanding the kind of stakeholder you’re working with will also help in relating with them. For those who like to see proves, those who are okay with words and so on.
Issues are bound to occur during the project, but one must apply wisdom when it comes to relating the challenges associated with the project. it is advisable that one should not start a conversation with the challenges. Start with the Success story, then the Challenges faced, Reasons for the Challenges and finally possible solutions to those challenges.
Communication Is a very Important tool that a Project Manager should possess.
To communicate effectively, different channels of communication must be used. Start with effective listening too!
Every business requires communication and the various stakeholders needs to be communicated to. Also when communicating with the stakeholders, don’t bring the problem/ bad news first, do your research and come up with strategies to solve this problem
If a project manager and a stakeholder aren’t talking regularly, they’re basically just guessing that they’re still on the same page.
Think of it like GPS. If you only check the map at the start and the end of a trip, one wrong turn in the first ten minutes means you’re ending up in a completely different city.
Consistent, clear updates act as a constant course correction. It’s much easier to fix a tiny misunderstanding on Tuesday than it is to redo three months of work on the day of the deadline.
Communicating with stakeholders require skills and strategy. Don’t rush into the downside. Carefully state the issue had possible ways to resolve them, if any

While communicating with the stakeholders one should make sure that every information should be legit and not framed up information just because you want to make sure that there is communication going on whereas it’s fake information.
Don’t bring bad news first, find strategies to communicate with the various stakeholders and be smart enough to have discovered solutions moving forward.
