  1. For me the strategy that works the most is constant communication with the stakeholders, clients and team members.This is to be able to carry everyone along with the project because communication is a very important tool to a successful project.

  2. For a project to be successful and seamless effective communication is vital. As a project manager, you need to communicate with your team to ensure you are on the same page regarding the project.

    1. Every leader should have the quality of a good and effective communication. A project manager most have that skills of effective communication with his team and stakeholders. A project manager must update the stakeholders on a daily basis, from the start of a project to finish, it gives the stakeholders a place of belonging

  4. Effective communication as a project manager with your stakeholders and project team is a key to achieving success in a project. As humans we have different moods, different ways we understand things and different ways of digesting ideas. Therefore, your ability as a PM to understand their moods and who they really are and make buy your idea will help you achieve success. Also your communication abilities should make them trust your ideas and capabilities and not to doubt you.

  5. As a Project Management, timely and effective communication is key. It is always good to be proactive by planning and outlining your communication channel with each of the stakeholders.
    It is also key for a Project Manager to be regularly in contact with both stakeholders and other team members so that if there is need for additional equipment or time they will jointly figure it out. A Project Manager should be able to give a clear explanation the way everyone will understand it. He should always communicate the level of progress as well as any problem that arises in project and ready to provide possible solutions.

    1. Where there’s good communication from the project manager to the stake holders and team members it gives trust and ensures good delivery on every every project. It is also reduces risk of things getting spoilt as the project is in progress.

Constant communication on all sides is very important. the clients/stakeholders, any addition should be communicated and also to the team members as well. commmunication helps to see any problem that may have arise or would likely arise in the project, and lerning communication skill peculiar to every stakeholder is as important, adjusting to the communication style of the person in front of you
