  1. The part that resonates with is that communication at all levels should be timely so as not to miss any tasks or deadlines . Tasks should be written/updated daily so that anyone that comes in will know what is expected of the team.

  2. The suggestion that works best for me is the first which has to do with communicating with the client and relating key content of the discussion to other team members on site. This will help to carry everyone along at every stage of the project to help prevent any breach that will be detrimental to the completion of the project.

  3. Not being afraid to escalate issues to stakeholders, and tailoring your communication styles to stakeholders’ needs are very essential in every organisation and project. Most people have different means they wish to be communicated with and using those means or styles will help you get your message across to them successfully. And, not escalating issues to stakeholders for fear of them not being okay with it is a no no. You have to let them know what’s wrong or where the project might get stuck, this way, they’ll get better prepared.

  4. Communication is undeniably the lifewire in every project and organization. It has to be constant affording each stakeholder the opportunity to make valuable inputs towards the progress and eventual successful conclusion of the project. To make continuous progress in any project, there has to be communication plans for all stakeholders to better understand their daily task and to fulfil it. It is always advisable to communicate with data, proofs and evidence for clarity and easy comprehension. Communicating with stakeholders should’nt be bad news only, rather the challenges should come with solutions to foster progress.

    Stakeholders are integral to we project managers, their feedback helps us measure and pivot accordingly so we must take an active role in engaging communications with all relevant stakeholders.
