  1. To me I what I understand is that communication is a constant key. Also is good to have everything planned to know you are talking to the stakeholders to know the key massages, also to bring possible solution to the table. Don’t be afraid also to bring bad news on the table but this should be after relating with the stakeholders, individually so it won’t be a bombshell.

    1. Am thrilled to the fact that not only communication but Effective Communication is a vital necessity to deploy for every smooth and successful project.
And again,as a project manager, you should not be the one to bring problem to the table as it might drain encouragement of the team, instead be the one always finding solution and alternative to Problems and confusion.

  2. Effectiveness of communication bridge a gap you didn’t noticed. As a PM you need to make sure that all the details of the project are being communicated to the clients

  3. Constant communication is key, giving room to real-time updates. Communication needs to be planned in advance. The communication style needs to be adjusted to the person being spoken to. Have a written communication plan. Receiving feedback is important.
Reporting is key in discussing the level of progress on the project.
Do not be afraid to bring bad news to the table, but be armed with solutions and avoid bringing bad news to the table at the first meeting with stakeholders.

  4. Constant communication is the the best strategy so for.
Keep up with the day to day activities going on with both client and team members.

  5. The key to a successful project is constant communication. Communicate with the stakeholders, communicate with your project teams. As mentioned also in the video, communicate individually with the stakeholders helps you know how best to relate with them

  6. As highlighted in the video, proper communication with stakeholders, client and team members daily is key to any successful project.

As a team lead in my organisation, i have employed the above effectively to ensuring good result. I communicate with all those involved in my projects using written communication plan, reports, meetings to communicate effectively to ensure that all in the team is carried along well.

I also report regularly to make sure everyone understands the level of progress on an ongoing project.

  7. As a project manager, communication is important, effective communication with stakeholders helps one to know and understand what to expect, what the stakeholders expect, and the possible timeframe of a project.
Also, as a Project Manager, you shouldn’t be afraid to communicate with the sponsor if there’s any changes, however, didn’t be the first to bring bad news to the table, weigh all options and provide possible solutions to those seemingly “bad news”.

  8. As a project manager, it is important to understand to manage the information concerning the project, ensuring adequate accountability of each project member and ensuring effective communication.

  9. One of the things I have learnt from the video is that as a project manager who wants to carry out an effective communication with my stakeholders, I ought to prepare well for any commun

    1. Prepare well for any Communication I want to hold, be it a good news or maybe an issue that requires urgent attention. I should be able to calculate the perfect way to communicate with them so as to meet up with the goal I have mapped out.

  10. As an account relationship officer, it is expected of me to have adequate and healthy communication with my clients. My style of communication is important because this helps to drive home valuable points to my clients which assures them of how resolvable their issues concerning their account OR transactions are achievable. My constant communication with my clients prepare them for unforeseen circumstances like network glitches and all. This way they are able to come to terms that this could occur once in a while and would be resolved within 24hours. From the first time of meeting a client, I don’t bother bringing up bad news like network glitches or delayed transactions, because this could scare them away and will definitely make me lose that client immediately. I’ll rather make them comfortable by putting out different juicy options that would entice them and keep them at ease in order for them to transact with us. On onboarding, laid-down rules are presented to the clients, and other issues which could come up later are being discussed properly with the clients. With this, I am able to form a good interpersonal relationship with my clients, serving them with excellent service on Banking with the company.
