As a project manager communication is key in every project you take on, Your communication plans should be written down to hit your key points.
When communicating with your client you need evidence to backup whatever you are saying,show them you care about the message you convey,Give them vision, inspire them, and give them a good story.
A project manager should get the right level of information in other to be able to take the actions the project requires
Issues should be addressed and resolved when they arise.
For a successful project, communication is vital role as regards to this. engaging shakeholders as they all have point of view and as well enlighten each of them about the project; its aims and objectives, functions, and per harp the problem the project is going to solve for them as a people. also, understanding that different shakeholder with different mindset and reasoning, one have to engage them individually to hear from them and knowinf the right words to use for each as well too.
As a business person, I have to my method of approach to potential customers as I’ve learned in the video. Some are action oriented, some are analytical and I’ve been made to understand that I have to use their respective styles to communicate with them for a more effective and result oriented transaction
Constant quality communication is a vital key to the success of a project.
A good project communication plan ensures that all stakeholders are informed on the progress of the project, increasing customer satisfaction.
Being able to bring bad news to the table and have a set out solutions to the issues , to communicate with stakeholders and team members about progress of a project
It has to be, do not be afraid to bring bad news to the table, however always have solution somewhere
Communication skill is very essential key in project management. It aids to promote achievement of project to be executed in a stipulated time. Ability to communicate with the stakeholders to know if there is any changes or in need of relative equipments will foster time management to be achieved. And also it allows problem to be solved when any of such arises on the ways of executing project. It cannot be exempted in the skill a project manager should acquired because it is one of the bedrock for successful accomplishment of projects.
Having an effective and excellent communication system is key for the success of any project being carried out. And as a project management trainee, it is important to learn the different ways on how to communicate effectively with different stakeholders under different conditions so as to deliver good projects.
As a project manager, communication is a key ingredient to achieving success in the project,so I’ll always communicate with stakeholders and everyone involved and also tailor it according to the person I am talking to because there is no “one method fits all” in communication.
Effective communication is very key in every aspect of an Organization. I see communication as a blood stream in an Organization.
As a Trainee Project Administrator communication within the Team is very key. We do have status meeting where we share status of the current project at hand.
