Knowing the time of stakeholders/clients you are working with is essential so as to aid you tailor the conversation to a specific stakeholder.
For you to have a successful project, you must adequately communicate to the stakeholders, clients, team members regularly so as to be on the same page. Though strategies must be applied.
Being strategic in communication.
Communication is the soul success of every project. The project manager needs to communicate strategically to all the stakeholders and teams involved in order to be on the same page, build trust and allow them remain committed to the project.
Communication is very essential and it is very important in project management.

communication is key to effective project management. communication must involve all stakeholders of the project, from the project team, to the the client, to the sponsor, to other project managers etc. when people are carried along they are more involved and more committed to the success of a project
Stakeholder management (Engaging with stakeholders) is necessary for any project to be successful. it is also essential to have team communication with everyone making sure that the objective is understood by team members.
Engaging effectively with stakeholders while communicating with them separately is essential for building trust.
My, take is Constant communication was emphasized on by one of the Pm’s..my take was that in every step, there must be a clear communication and proper plan. The written down communications plan also, is vital..having a written down plan for every step will put you on track as a PM.
I learnt that the earlier you communication and engage stakeholders, the likely you are to see results
Use the right mode of communication for my sponsor or stakeholder since different people process information in different ways
