I will go with the second speaker by tailoring the communication based on who am speaking with.
The way I talk to the attendant is different from the way I talk to the supervisor.
This is important because their level of understanding differ
I also agree with three project managers in the video but They mentioned very little about what we should do. In my point of view, three of them have a communication plan for this job and they could explain their communication plans to us in order to teach something about stakeholders.
Communicating effectively with the stakeholders ensures the success of the project at end of the day.
Am in agreement with second speaker because you need to plan your communications in advance, have a clear stakeholders mapout and how you’re planning to intract with each of the stakeholders. Meet with stakeholders, outline your plan for the project at a high level, and describe how you will continue to communicate with them throughout the initiative. Inspire confidence that you’re there for them along the way and do your best to build trust. Which should be one of the qualities of a good Project Manager.
I like the write-up that says, “You cannot not communicate.”
One really need to be flexible on how they communicate with different stakeholders. This is a skill!
I am in agreement with the speakers, there should be constant communication with project sponsor to give them a full knowledge of how far the project is going and a PM should endeavour not relate a bad news first to the sponsors see all ways they can solve problems before bringing it up to the sponsors. Which should be one of the qualities of a good Project Manager.
Backing up with the first speaker, constant communication is very valid and essential to the sponsors, clients and teams for quick feedback.
Though it may be too stressful on the PM but that it is the part of his/her duties.
Communication is very important in every project, having a good communication about how the project is going to look like and how it’s going.just like the speakers said “have a written down communication plan” that’s is how to discuss with the people involved in the project, getting the right information you think the stakeholders needs and so on.I totally agree with the speakers.

I agree with the three project manager. To my company, bring the bad news in the mist of all the stakeholders is not a good deal and taking the precaution save the company
