In my organization having a clear communication road map, I.e when to talk to who, where and when to receive feedback etc would help increase the efficiency in our delivery of projects
Open Line of communication with different stakeholder’s has helped me achieved greatly in my career journey, not only is project management is this important; but in all business dealings, Clear communication at the required time, strategic communication with ethics and business culture is an healthy practices for business progress and sustainability. A great Project manager must use this as a weapon to record a success in his/her projects
As a good project manager that really knows the onions of his or her work, communication is paramount. Especially constructive one with the stakeholders.
Most times it is better to jot down points for discussion for quick reminder and to be on point of ones game.
Bad news should be dealt with wisely to lead to strength of the stakeholders and not to weaken them.
Communication rightly and on time with the stakeholders will help to bring about as much as possible a smooth progress and running of the project for a solid and sound completion.
