  1. Communication with stakeholders plays a very key role because it keeps them up to date about what is happening, the financial burdens, the forward plans involved in the project and it helps them build trust in the project manager and be rest assured they are in safe hands.

  2. Project Manager csn possess, and the ability to use it well. A project manager must be able communicate his/her vision of his project to his team members and the stakeholders in the project. At every phase of the project, they should be debrief on progress made, and if there are any setback or challenges, they should be communicated as well, so that solutions can arise promptly

  3. Communication is very important for a successful project. It is crucial to carry all the stakeholders along.

    Communication should be clear and objectives considering every one in the project team to be unique.
    What works best for me is not been afraid to bring bad news to the table and providing possible solutions after reaching a concise conclusion among other stakeholders

  4. Based on our organisational context, as a project manager it is very important to create a communication style based on the different stakeholders we have on the project and get feedbacks.This style will guide how to communicate with our clients, teams and third party agents.
    The idea of not sharing bad news in a room filled with stakeholders will also work well for us, rather individual discussion should be held with eqch stakeholder. This way, they are aware of the situation before a meeting and you know what to expect. Transparency is a key factor.
    In addition Constant communication with the ground staff who play a crucial role in monitoring and advancing the project is of great importance.

I would say study /observe your client first, Communication is very important between a project manager and a client, you have to be really sure of the messages you are passing across, Do your homework! Don’t be afraid to be heard Drop your ideas and observations and make sure you went through a through research and communicate in a level for client should understand .

    1. For me.. Communication is very crucial in any organization not just communication but timely communication because that’s what keep the project and everyone on track. What will work for me is always carry everyone along and never be afraid to bring bad news but, not at the beginning of the project.

  7. As a project Manager, communication has to be effective with all the terms clearly defined and understood by everyone involved in the project. And this includes from the planning stage down to the execution phase, there has to be feedback at every point in time and should be able to manage any change that comes in during the course of the project(Change management)

  8. To manage a project, In relating it to the stakeholders, you should always write the down, so as not to be choke up nor forget any details. Always keep a positive communication with the stakeholders and not be afraid of failure.

  9. Constant Communication is key yo all stakeholders.i learnt a project manager should not be afraid to talk about the risks/challenges which can be done individually before meeting at the larger forum.

  10. With my organization in mind, these strategies below as suggested by the project managers will apply well in my situation.
    1. Communication: By adjusting my communication style to the person I have in front of me, I
    can be as effective as possible, and it is important for me to plan my communication.
    2. Reporting: Giving the right information to the different stakeholders and making sure
    everyone understands the level of progress on a project.
    3. It’s also about getting the right level of information I feel the stakeholders need.
    4. I will not be afraid to bring bad news to the table but not on the first forum.
