Communication with stakeholders in a project is very crucial in actualizing the project. This is very important to mitigate any form of hiccups during the project. Stakeholders would want to be carried along every step of the project.
Communication with Stakeholders is vital in the execution of any project hence a PM should Try to understand the personality of his Audience ..for example is he Action inclined , Analytical or a Futurist.If the Stakeholder involved is Analytical in nature you might consider including data and Facts so as to Give proof to the Discussion at hand.It is Also vital to not give Bad news in a general Forum which might come of as Shocking rather Meeting Stakeholders one on one prior to the forum enables them have an Idea of what to expect Thereby Contain Possible reactions
Communication is key for the success of any project. Hence, in the context of my organization constant communication applies well
Communication is a very vital skill for a good project manager, ability to communicate both good and bad news constructively can be an effective tool with the team or stakeholders.
As a Project Manager Communication is key and very significant. I would need to know my style of communicating issue tomy sponsor and also have a suggested solution of the problem at hand.
As a Project Manager, I am expected to know that Communication is very important and how to communicate with my stakeholders is more important. So there can be assertiveness of every next line of action to be carried out.
As a PM Communication is an important key for a successful project. You have to know:
1. The kind of person you are working with i.e. your sponsor his/her nature of person
2.Ensure a constant communication with the sponsors, project team and stakeholders, with this getting to know their various fields, strength and weakness before and during execution of the project is key.
3. Know your style of communicating issue to your sponsor and also have a suggested solution of the problem at hand.
4. Do not always give report about progress or challenges but also wait for their feed back to know your line of executions and where needed improvement.
As a project manager communication is very vital.
It is imperative to continuously communicate with the stakeholders on the project at hand. Feeding them with vital information about the project and Also getting to hear their opinions on them too so as to know if there are necessary adjustments and areas that needs improvement.
Communication is the motor of any project. As a PM I must be able to communicate very well the purpose, goals and ways of achieving a project from time to time with all stakeholders of the project so that everyone will be abreast with the right information.
This helps people to know their role towards the completion of the project.
Information must be from timetotime; accommodating any changes.
