The communication line must be opened
Based on your lecture on HRM trends, I am inclined to think that many HR professionals in due course will undergo additional training in Data Science /Analysis to effectively do their work.
Having to communicate and always tell them about the day to day activities
Having to communicate in the simplest of words with any ambiguities to the person/ individual am relating with concerning task/deliverables.

Communicating with stakeholders is indeed sacrosanct in carrying out any project. Personally daily update keeps all stakeholders abreast with the progress of the project or any development.
Communication is extremely important. Personally i find the points of properly managing bad news very important. This is better done by taking stakeholders and clients through before a governance meeting so as to manage expectations. This of course is in addition to proposing solution/alternatives along with the unpleasant news so clients don feel like you’re dumping a problem at their feet. I find writing down a communication plan very instructive. Although i practice this informally, i think i need to be deliberate going forward to imbibe this in order to ensure the right communication for the right audience/stakeholder.
Communication is a necessary key for s project manager. Having an effect and healthy communication with a stakeholder is very essential and necessary, so as a project manager, I have to find my style of communicating issues to my stakeholders and/or sponsor
Communication with all stakeholders is key for the success of a project. As a project manger i want to ensure that i have done an analysis of my stakeholders so that i can tailor my communication style to each stakeholder. All methods of communications are on the table.
As a Project Manager Communication is key and very significant. I would need to know my style of communicating issues to My sponsor and also have a suggested solution of the problem at hand.
