  1. To Communicate effectively with the stakeholders ensures the success of on going project at end of the day.

I’m in agreement with second speaker because you need to plan your communications in advance, have a clear stakeholders mapout and how you’re planning to intract with each of the stakeholders. Meet with stakeholders, outline your plan for the project at a high level, and describe how you will continue to communicate with them throughout the initiative. Inspire confidence that you’re there for them along the way and do your best to build trust. Which should be one of the qualities of a good Project Manager.

  2. In every project, Communication is a very critical key, especially with the stakeholders. Also, none of the stakeholders should be left behind in passing information because all are required during the project.
As a PM, i should plan all key communication with details to the stakeholders.

  3. Being a strategic communicator is key. Identify key challenges, brainstorm and have possible solution, then present it not for the first time of meeting stakeholders. Communication should be planned and the style must be determined by the nature of the stakeholders

  4. one strategy i can apply is, never be afraid to bring bad news but dont bring bad news the first time you communicating with the client/shareholders

Also, having control of the communication with clients and understanding the stakeholder/client is very important

  5. As a Project Manager , it is key to work closely with the stake holders and put ones hear to the ground to ascertain if there are any push backs and know how to tackle it headlong.

  6. understanding the stake holders and having control of the communication with clients is very important

  7. As a project manager, having control of the type of communication is always key to communicate and bring reporting to the peers, stakeholders and so on

  8. I should learn to understand the stakeholders and the kind of person(s) they are, as this will help in making my communication with them easier.
The issue of not delivering the bad news first has proven to be practicable, I might not get a good reaction at first, but in the long run the matter will be sorted.

  9. Having everything plan, to how communication is made to the client to others teams members and how there feedback will affect the project

  10. I think organising weekly meetings within the team where each member can freely express themselves is important to keep the communication flowing. Also periodic assessment and reporting meetings with the sponsor will be necessary to nurture his interest in the project progress and let him know about the challenges and setbacks.
