As a project manager communication makes you be on the right tracks.
As a Project Manager, the key and mostly important is your communication with all the stakeholders. Regular communication with stakeholder before the starting of the Project, when the project is going on and if possible after you have deliver.
A regular communication with stakeholder help to build trust, good and regular communication with stakeholder will help you to know when and where a quick changes or adjustment is needed.
I will prefer a communication style were I have one on one conversations with the stakeholders individually, before the round table forum.

It plays a vital role in my life as a talent manager. It’s very important to communicate to my artist and producers in other to be on the same level and not to be misunderstood. It’s important to know how to communicate bad and good news. Communication is important in every aspect of my life.

As a project manager for the laity week, I do a daily review with team mates and stakeholders and follow up on clients as well as everyone in]rested in the project
Communication will always be an important key to a successful project, in my line of work it is very important to communicate with the client in order to be on the same level of understanding because lack of communication or update can trigger a mistake. So in essence communication is key and very important in every aspect of life
communication plays a vital role in the life of an Administrative Manager/HR. You need to have good communication skills to enable you communicate properly to employees without being misunderstood. Knowing ho to deliver both good and bad news with ease.
Communication also builds unity and togetherness and it settles problem even before they arises
In relation to my present organisation, communication is key to ensure the effectiveness and smooth delivery of projects.
As an architect, constant communication with stakeholders is key to ensure everyone is on the same page. It’s important to speak with clients regularly in order for them to be updated on any changes or additions to the project.
When communicating with different stakeholders you have to tailor your style to match the person you’re speaking with and what they key messages are. You also have to gather thier feedback to ensure they are receiving the right level of information in a way that works for them.
