As a project manager, effective communication cannot be over emphasized as it helps you to make sure all those involved in the project are working in the same time schedule
Communication as a factor in Project management cannot be overemphasized, albeit ceaseless ‘scientific approach’ while communicating distinguishes a genuine Project Manager.
Being able to communicate the progress of a project frequently to the stakeholders helps for easy resolving of unsertinty during the exsactuon of a project therefore a project manager should not overlook the place of engaging all the stakeholders at all given time.
In my case, best suitable for of communication would be written, as it will be documented just in case. Painting the precise picture and not being scared if it is bad news but as a project manager I would have proffer solution and way out

Stakeholders can include clients, team members, investors, and even the general public. It’s important to tailor your communication to each stakeholder group, and make sure they have the information they need to make decisions and provide input.
As a project manager, consistent updates and communications with the stakeholders makes it easy to identify and attend to problems easily and collectively. Also constant communication with stakeholders will make it easy for the project manager to understand the tune of the stakeholders therefore making the PM to give adequate and important informations clearly.
Understanding individual communication preference and knowing how to switch between different communication styles is what will keep you on top of your game as a project manager.
To stay ahead of the game, then you need to understand the importance of proper communication. And as a project manager, effective communication is non-negotiable. It’s what separates the winners from the rest. So, let’s make sure we communicate clearly and confidently, and drive our projects to success!
As a project manager ensuring consistent daily communication with stakeholders and team members to stay updated on the project’s progress, any changes or deviations from the plan, or any issues requiring immediate attention. Utilize an appropriate suite of communication styles tailored to the individuals involved to facilitate easier communication. Prior to meetings, ensure all key points are documented for reference.
