  1. Communication inside and outside the project team is a vital skill that a project manager must possess and from the video I watched, I learned everything that need to be communicated should be written down so as to know how to organize the presentation of what to say and how to say it.

  2. Communication inside and outside the project team is a very critical and vital tool in ensuring project success and completion. As said by the lady in the video, reporting is the key to making sure everyone understands the level of progress on a project. As a project manager, it is expected that everyone is carried along at every stage of a project.

  3. from the video I watched, I learned that the way you communicate as project manager to your stakeholders, client and project teams matter a lot because it determines how possible the execution of the project is going to be and let be open suggestion from team so that them as well can contribute their own ideas. and bring bad new to your teams is never a bad idea but you should put it in a such way will understand.

  4. As a project manager, communication is very important and essential. You need to always communicate with the stakeholders and clients always. I have gained the insight on how to present a matter to the stakeholders/client in a way they should be able to understand, and also not to bring bad news on the table for the first time. As a project manager, you should be able to carry the stake holders along in the progress of the project.

  6. From the video I have learnt the importance of studying the service users or stakeholders; and to also build relationships, and trust with them. Frequent communication will help to build a bond with them. Also remember to seek for feedback.

  7. Internal and external communication is critical for company/ organization development. from this video, I have gained insights on how to deal with delivery of bad information.

  8. Communicating with the internal stakeholder and understanding the needs for the request is key to ensuring alignment with the external stakeholders. This is very integral at my job as an Analyst.

  9. Communication is very important as a project manager,he needs to be speaking to the client and the workers on a daily basis to know if there is any problem and provide solutions to it.
    As a project manager,you don’t bring bad news first to the forum but rather speak to one or two team members and provide solutions before bringing it up.

    Constant and regular flow of information with all involve make things easier as it guarantees problem solving and feedbacks, also one needs to understand the communication style that suits the sponsor, clients, project team and other project managers within the project.
    plus having a communication plan would greatly help as well
