  1. communication is key and critical to effective and efficient execution of projects. communicating with stakeholders must be deliberate.
    i believe the best ways is to have a written down communication plans to avoid ambiguity, tailoring your style to suit the stakeholder you are talking to and fitting your style to their personality. in other words, speak their language.

  2. As a good and professional project manager, communication is a key skill to have because you need to communicate with stakeholders as well as your project team members. Effective and clear communication with all parties involved in a project aids in having a successful project

He shoukd be able to identify the most effective communication channels for each stakeholder as there’s always an individual differences. Different communication might be used for each stakeholders so as to bring them along and help them in understanding what the project entails

    Communication helps to pass information in details to the necessary channels.. If there be need for more equipments , etc.

I considered planning ways of communication with stakeholders to be followed by constant communication which will clear everything and enhance deliverables. I also need to show that I care about their message because it increases their trust in me and eases communication.

  8. A major takeaway for me is not to be afraid to bring bad news to the table because one of the roles of the Project Manager is to ensure issues are resolved. However, dropping bad news in a forum would be a bad decision to make as a Project Manager, instead approach each stakeholder to update him/her on the current realities.

    Communication before the project is important to know how the project will run also communication while the project is on going is important to track the success, failures and possible challenges so that they can be fixed on time. Also still communicate after the project to maintain relationship with your stakeholders and team members.
