  1. Just as seen in the video, communication skill is a very important skill for a project manager.
    Effective communication with stakeholders is essential for project success as it ensures alignment, manages expectations, gathers requirements, mitigates risks facilitates decision making and builds trust and relationships.

The communication style that i can relate with very well is the one where you don’t have to drop a bad news in board room at once rather you speak to each stakeholder individually so they are aware before breaking the news in stakeholder meeting. It’s professional to do so as to avoid dropping it like bomb. I apply this style a lot as head of my team in my organization. It’s advantages are many such as opportunity to have diverse insights to the problem .

  3. For every project to succeed, stakeholder communication is essential. This is due to the fact that stakeholders may have an impact on the project both directly and indirectly. As such, they are interested in learning about the project’s progress as well as any challenges that may arise. It is also important to note any feedback that stakeholders may have. This helps project managers decide when to make adjustments or corrections and when to include everyone in all project-related activities. Together with fostering open and honest communication, it also fortifies the relationship between you and the stakeholders.

All stakeholders must be carry along in the day to day activities going on the project, this will enhance good relationship and smooth running of the project and also completion possible.

Commmunication with Stakeholders has to be strategic and direct base in the level of interest, power and support to the project and in the project. Because the Project manager is in the capacity of managing the Stakeholders, so talking to them base on there areas and level of interest to ensure a easy flow of the project is essential.
