  1. Effective communication with stakeholders is paramount in project management as it ensures alignment, fosters collaboration, and manages expectations. Here are some key thoughts on the topic: include, Clear and transparent communication, Talored communication channel, Actitive listening, Reugular Updates, customise messages, managing expectations and conflict resolution

  2. Effective communication with stakeholders builds trust, manages expectations, and drives project success. As a Project Manager, we should learn to communicate with our stakeholders at all costs.

  3. Communication is essential in project management. A project manager must be able to come effectively with the stakeholders involved so they can understand the aim of the project. Proper report and feedback is key . Stakeholders holders should get report on the status of the project , they should know if the project manager is still on track on what they want and also to know if the time and budget is still on track also , communication helps the shareholders to know of any setbacks or difficulties facing the project manager.

  4. Its always to have all stakeholders onboard and have a communication plan. Failure to get all necessary stakeholders feedback may results to project delays, hence its always advisable to communicate clearly and map out all the expectations of each of the stakeholders. Also engage the stakeholders on the progress of the project and keep them engaged.

  5. Constant Communication with a proper feedback remains the essential gains of a good project manager.It brings together all the stakeholders on progress report, It will increase the confidence level of the financiers, the specialists and even the PM

  6. The Project Manager must maintain close contact with the Engineers on site for proper follow up and monitoring of the progress of project and to be fully aware of any setback or difficulty that needs urgent attention.

  7. Communication goes a long way in managing a project. It helps to identify when there is progress and when there is a set back.
    Taking note of all information no matter how unimportant it may seem will assist in seamless communication and ensure efficiency.
    Efficient communication also allow everyone work at the same pace, within same time and budget.
    Finally there is no teamwork without communication. Communication strengthens teamwork.

  8. Communication is an important factor to consider when communicating with stakeholders.
    From the video, it was deduced that communication should be constant . There should be consistent communication with stakeholders in order to carry them along with the progress of the project.

    Also, communication should be written so as to help the project managers know when and what to say when meeting with stakeholders.

    Communication is not complete when there is no feedback. Feedback in communication helps to ascertain if the stakeholders and project managers are on the same page. It ensures that informations about the project is properly disseminated to the appropriate channel.

  9. Perpetual communication with stakeholders is key to Project Manager. Communication keeps everyone in the project abreast of what is happening, and the changes that are occuring in the project.
    Also, PM should be able to tailor their communication style to suit stakeholders so that there will not be mis interpretation of what is communicated.

    When there’s a bad new, each stakeholder should be communicated with separately first before bringing it to a round table of all stakeholder this will make each stakeholder has a fore knowledge and also be able to suggest possible options.

    I have learnt that it is best to have plan Communication in advance to enable me communicate better with all stakeholders of any project.
