  1. Regular and timely communication is very necessary with stakeholders to monitor work progress and address challenges as soon as they arise. Also written communication via emails helps to document agreed actions and adjustments being made for future references.

  2. Good communication with stakeholders is essential for project success. It fosters trust, ensures alignment of expectations, reduces misunderstandings, and enhances collaboration. It also helps in obtaining valuable feedback, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensuring that all stakeholders are consistently informed and engaged plays a crucial role in facilitating the smooth progression of the project. This proactive approach not only fosters transparency but also cultivates trust and collaboration among team members and external parties involved in the project. By keeping everyone updated with relevant information and progress reports, we can address concerns promptly, make informed decisions, and maintain momentum towards project success.

In as much as you want to execute a project as a good manager, you must note that project management is not a tool or process to accomplish projects just build professional profiles but to know that been yourself and doing everything possible to be a good communicator, look out for people doing the project and focus on the goals of the project.

    You also have to know what the client wants and make sure the end project result satisfies the client, Gather feedbacks, work closely with teams, take notes of body languages, call for meetings, close every meetings with the action of “what next”, maintaining good relationships, addressing all challenges and keeping safe work ethics.

  5. Effectively and excellently managing a project requires effective communication. Despite knowing what they want, most clients struggle with how to convey their ideas to the project manager. It is important for a project manager to be sensitive enough to take the client’s ideas into consideration before letting them in on their own ideas and method.
    Clear communication between the project manager and stakeholders/clients ensures effective project execution and detailed updates.
    As a project manager, receiving ideas and feedback from other stakeholders is a practical way to help with decision-making that is focused on achieving the project.

    Giving report of a bad situation/problem that arises during the cause of the project will not be that difficult because you would have mastered the act of communication. This must also be address promptly.

  9. In the context of my organization, the best way to communicate to stakeholders will be finding out the communication style that suits them. Understanding both the work environment and the individuals, that is, how they think or receive information is very vital.
