  1. It’s not all about bringing good news on table all the time, when there is badnews you handle it alone.
    So don’t be afraid to bring bad news but before you do that openly try to meet the stakeholders individually before doing it collectively.
    And yes Always communicate with everyone calmly, you never can tell what idea you will be getting.

  2. In order to have an efficient and successful project, I will keep in close contact with my clients and relevant stakeholders to ensure that they are informed of any plan changes that need to be shared with my team.

    1. Communication is essential in project management and understanding how to communicate is vital. As project managers we must we should know when to communicate, how to communicate and what we should communicate. We can’t just appear anywhere unprepared. Therefore we should have a communication plan.

    A written down communication plan is also very good and reporting and feeds back is also away of moving the project forward with the project teams.

It’s really vital to get their feedbacks on how that comes is working for them. Are they getting the right level of information in the right way keeping ear to the ground.

Making the communication specific and individualistic. what has worked for me in my professional engagements is I never bring up bad news for the first time to stakeholders in a conference meeting. I usually pre-inform and also do personal homework before it comes out on the table.
