Communication is key in Facility and maintenance department.
For an ongoing project,frequent updates are required to know the progress of repairs or renovation. In a case where their is challenge its adviced you plan,tailor your down best way to deliver this messages to prevent chaos.This requires guts,wits and special skills
Communication with stakeholders can be a daunting challenge for it takes wit and guts to relate with them especially when there is a bad news. I have learnt to have a plan, bring evidences when need calls for them as well as solutions to the possible problems.
To clearly give reports to different persons I have to master the act of storytelling and be empathetic.
We maintain an open line of written and sometimes oral communication in the execution of tasks. We ensure that the instructions or commands are clear and follow up tasks are better documented.
Good communication is paramount to a successful project
A project manager should be able to engage active with the stakeholders, he/she must be ready for their questions where necessary and also provide possible solutions and feedback

Stakeholders are key to the success of project implementation, the communication strategy is deliberate and well design such that no relevant stakeholder is missed in my organization. There is an opening for receiving and incorporating feedbacks from such stakeholders.
Communicating with stakeholders cannot be overemphasised because its a vital way to monitor and evaluate the project and its processes
You need to have a written communication plans and this will enhance you to know adequate things you want to do
in my place of work. I have tried all possible best to communicate and monitor the progress of daily activities as I keep learning as project manager.

Communication is a very important when managing a project because it help in getting valued informations from stakeholders and people that are directly involved on the project. Timely communications allow the project manager to asses the attitude of stakeholder so as to determine their support and interest in the project at hand.
Without a sufficient project communication plan, it’s impossible to keep all responsible parties up-to-date on the changing status of the project. There’s a lack of transparency which eventually leads to inefficient, counterproductive decisions that will hinder the aims of the project in question.
