  8. Truly a project manager cannot not communication. I serve as a project engineer in my organization, and i have seen the vital role which communication plays as tool to engage stakeholders. Every stakeholder wants to get a first hand information, and there will be a problem when a PM refuses to communicate at all or communicate as at when due .
In my organization, you are expected to be transparent with whatever report you are bringing to the table and at the same time come up with a possible solution if it is bad news .

  10. in my line of work, communication is the hall mark of the job. there are several stalk holders across several plains. from discussions on what the nature of the project will be, to location siting, everything is important.
moving on to the volume of funds that would be needed to what channels they would piped through.
timelines and anticipated setbacks and challenges also come up as top priority when discussions hold.
As a project manager the ability to consider and also factor in how and when to bring in other major stalk holders it a key skill and a major plus i would love to excellently imbibe.
