In the context of my place of work, there is always an information chain among the stakeholders where by most of the key points raised are used while briefing or reporting progress and problems facing the company.
Having good qualities of these communication skills as a PM is very important.

A project manager cannot not communicate, information with stakeholders enhances engagement with a project
Having a communication plan for all stakeholders is essential to clearly communicate and align the different stakeholders with the scope and progress of the project alongside its progress timelines.
Storytelling and constant progress reports to all stakeholders helps the team achieve good success with the overall project.
As earlier indicated; “A project manager cannot not communicate”. Communication is actually an aid and key to success by which informations are been disseminated or gotten. A project manager needs to be able to constantly communicate, have a planned communication with stakeholders, report and keep the core project members updates if need of any changes or not, give a realistic time schedule for the actualisation of a project. Once again, communication is the key to success!

Truly a project manager cannot not communication. I serve as a project engineer in my organization, and i have seen the vital role which communication plays as tool to engage stakeholders. Every stakeholder wants to get a first hand information, and there will be a problem when a PM refuses to communicate at all or communicate as at when due .
In my organization, you are expected to be transparent with whatever report you are bringing to the table and at the same time come up with a possible solution if it is bad news .

in my line of work, communication is the hall mark of the job. there are several stalk holders across several plains. from discussions on what the nature of the project will be, to location siting, everything is important.
moving on to the volume of funds that would be needed to what channels they would piped through.
timelines and anticipated setbacks and challenges also come up as top priority when discussions hold.
As a project manager the ability to consider and also factor in how and when to bring in other major stalk holders it a key skill and a major plus i would love to excellently imbibe.
