  1. As a project manager,Communication is is key in dealing with stakeholders. For the team I lead where I work as a manager, I consider communication very paramount in getting the desired achievement of the company. I need to show that I care about what I am communicating and I make sure to address every issues. I have also learned in the course of this lesson not to be afraid of bringing bad news to the table and if I do, I should make sure I have exercised every possible options and also table possible solutions that can help in the current situation.

  2. For a successful project execution in an organization, effective and timely communication to stakeholders is very paramount. In my organization as an IT Infrastructure Specialist that interacts with both internal and external stakeholders, communication with different stakeholders are planned. Different modalities are used for different project teams. Depending on the members of the team and the people involved, I employ analytical medium, action oriented as well as innovative and motivational medium to convey my ideas and bring all members to same page for smooth progression of the project. Also, I ensure every member brings their ideas to the table whereby the best framework practiced is adopted. Ensuring that all stakeholders are consistently informed and engaged plays a crucial role in facilitating collaboration among team members.
    There are times when there are challenges, for example a major infrastructure down time. At such time, I personally engage the stakeholders concerned and bring them on board for resolution, depending on how critical, I seldom inform them individually and sometime collectively. In case of feedback from each stakeholder, this is also fed back into our communication plan. I ensure report of different stages are communicated, sometime on a daily or timely basis to ensure every team member is carried along and pre-informed of the next plan to be carried out.
    By keeping everyone updated with relevant information and progress reports, we address concerns promptly, make informed decisions, and maintain collaboration and progress towards project success

Consistent and Effective communication with both clients and the team is essential for a project manager to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding project goals, progress, and expectations. It helps in building trust, managing expectations, identifying potential issues early, and maintaining transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, it fosters a collaborative environment, encourages feedback, and allows for adjustments to be made promptly to ensure project success.

  4. Constant and effective communication with the stakeholders will foster a successful project, the stakeholders needs to understand how the system works and PM must adopt a communication syle and plan to communicate with different stakeholders.

  5. Learjing the proper way to communicate as a project manager is essential for the success of the team.and project at hand. A style might noy work for everyone or across board. Timing and availability of information communication matters

  6. Regular communication across all stakeholders is key to successfully completing a project. However, the communications need to be effective passed in a language understood by the stakeholder, and it needs to be tactful. Ensure to keep the language with project sponsors simple and easy to understand and do not ignore their place in the project dynamics. Eventually a communication style is dependent on the type of project manager one is, or the type of stakeholders in play.

  8. Efficient and effective communication is key in project management. clear/constant communication helps to identify what is working and what is not working.

  9. Communication is vital as a Project manager. As a PM, I need to be in constant communication with the stalk holders and team to ensure information is circulated Incase there is any changes, additions or an extra information.

    Also my communication style should be tailored to the person in front of me because different stalk holders see things from different views.

  10. Effective communication with stakeholders is needed for the success of any project or organization because they always want to be carried along. In my field,Stakeholders are clients and investors.
