Having good communication skills is very important as a Project Manager. Constant communication is of key importance and this should be done using good communication styles for each case scenario- action oriented, analytical, people oriented and innovative.
A project manager should not be afraid to bring bad news to the table as long as possible solutions follow suite. Also, giving bad news at stakeholders meeting is not totally advisable especially without possible solutions yet (as it is like dropping a bomb shell). Rather, visit them individually to make them understand before the general meeting to discuss about it.
To adjust my communication style to suit the different types of clients (e.g. people oriented, innovators, action oriented, and analytical). In the course of the project, don’t be afraid to bring bad news on the table, and at the same time try and bring possible solutions to the issues.

2. Having a written communication plan, to ensure that stakeholders are communicated in the most appropriate way
3. To work within a realistic schedule.
4. Never to be scared of communicating bad news, but to do the necessary research and arm myself with possible solutions to the problem.
