The strategy that works well in my organization is not bringing up bad news for the first time in a forum with all the stakeholders. They should be told individually to prepare their minds before the meeting.

The strategies as suggested by the project managers that will work well in my organisation is to write down your communication plan before meeting a stakeholder so you will be able to discuss important aspects of the project without leaving details behind.
Communication is key in all project activities. However, for each stakeholder, there might be different needs. Knowing the right kind of things to communicate with each different stakeholder very important for a manager so that the integrity of information is maintained and shared with only those that need it.
