The strategy that works well in my organization is not bringing up bad news for the first time in a forum with all the stakeholders. They should be told individually to prepare their minds before the meeting.
Also having possible solutions when you bring up bad news
The strategies as suggested by the project managers that will work well in my organisation is to write down your communication plan before meeting a stakeholder so you will be able to discuss important aspects of the project without leaving details behind.

Communication is key in all project activities. However, for each stakeholder, there might be different needs. Knowing the right kind of things to communicate with each different stakeholder very important for a manager so that the integrity of information is maintained and shared with only those that need it.

As a project manager, communication is very essential and paramount, because, without communicating with he stakeholders while on a project, you will end up making mistakes.
Communication brings individual and stake holders together. Therefore effective communication makes for better knowledge and understanding of all the stages of the project. Communication is a paramount tool in any organisation,so without effective there will be lack of information and this would hamper the development and growth of the entire department of the organisation
