3 experts have described difficult decisions they had to take in one project.
Now think about what was important for them in taking the decision the took. Would they act differently in a different context? Why?

From the three Project Managers, I’ve had an understanding that the needs of every client can change based on a lot of circumstances. So as a project manager, we must be ready to adapt to the changing needs of the client for the greater good.
So knowing that it’s not an easy task to abandon a project , they’ve put in their all start, I believe they make same decision over again if faced with same situation or challenge.
What was important for them was the success of the project and the satisfaction of their clients. The three project managers showed adaptability to changes and the ability to provide solutions to problems that may arise during project execution.
Their decisions to focus on their projects and not ego is what made the projects successful.
I have understood that decision-making in projects is all about adapting, not just applying the fixed strategy. We have to know the impact of the decision one takes as a project manager.
I understand that most times you have to sacrifice and make compromise for the sake of strengthening relationships, fair ending and take huge steps that will relatively favour every party. I don’t think they will act indifferently in another context. The core focus should be delivering a perfect project at the end.
The three project managers, while leading their respective projects, shared a common goal of providing effective solutions to challenges as they arose. They successfully addressed the difficulties encountered, ensuring amicable resolutions. Additionally, they maintained clear and transparent communication with stakeholders, particularly the client, demonstrating accountability and facilitating the resolution of all issues.
As the three project managers spoke, I realised they were all centered on being focus which is the driving factor. As long as you are focused on the goals of that particular project, you will be able to scale through any arising challenge and proper solution.
The three expects spoke about having one focus which is making sure their projects are been delivered. In so doing, they had to look for possible solutions to all the problems they faced on their way to accomplishing their goals irrespective of language barrier, an option to terminate a project and other problems arising.

The three project managers have proven in the video that one of the duties of a project manager is to profer solutions to problems at all times. In the course of this, I realised that the project managers focused on their goal and were purpose driven so at every point each of them encounters a problem, they made it known that it is one of their responsibilities to solve the problem within their given project.
