According to the three speakers and in my view dealing with difficult decisions
Gather All the Facts: Before making any design, ensure you have all the necessary information.
Learn from Experience: Every difficult decision is a learning opportunity. Take note of what worked well and what didn’t so you can refine your decision-making process in the future
Keep the Bigger Picture in Mind: Always tie your decisions back to the project’s overall goals and the company’s strategic objectives. Decisions should be made with the project’s success as the primary focus.
In conclusion balancing information, people, and project goals is key. While decisions may not always be clear-cut, making well-informed, transparent, and collaborative choices will go a long way in ensuring a successful project outcome.
