  1. In my own observation from the video, they all made positive decisions during tough situations and they were able to do this by communicating with their team members, and this positive decision brought about a perfect solution for that difficult situation.

  2. From the three professionals, I learnt that observation and concentration on a project and it’s stakeholders is key to resolving any crisis that might likely occur.

Not all project comes at well but can be adjusted and managed to fit in. This then lies in the hand of the PM to be flexible, adaptable and as abreast of information. PM must be transparent, focus and keep communication flow with his/her colleagues so as to surmount the pressure that will arise in the course of executing the project.

  3. Unfortunately not every project will be smooth sailing, that is why it’s so important as a PM you must be flexible. If things don’t go according to plan you have to show transparency and open communication. As the previous PM mentioned that she had to cancel a project early due to unforeseen circumstances it had to be done failing which it would have made things even more complicated.

  4. Problem are likely to occur in projects and as a project manager, you must learn to be adaptable to these challenges, be transparent enough in your communications and looking for ways to solve these problems. Your mustn’t loose focus on your primary goal which is to bring the project to success.

  5. Two out of these experts were able to resolve the difficulty they faced by being empathic. They decided to see things from different points of view and it made them react and relate to the concerned stakeholders the best way possible. The third expert was open to make things work by going the extra mile to understand how best to relate with his international client and not being rigid with what he’s used to. Generally, I see that as a PM, you will need to at one time or the other, step out of your comfort zone in order to make things work, ans you shouldn’t be hesitant about it.

  7. Every project has its own peculiarity. Therefore, whenever there are problems, solutions must be provided to address the peculiar needs of that project. In other words, the project managers would have acted differently under different conditions.

  8. I understand from the three professionals that problems or difficulties are likely to always arise during projects but as a project manager, solutions are always available and doing what ever it takes to bring a project to a successful completion is key.

  9. From the three Project Managers, I understood adequate concentration and focus on any job given to a project manager, to adapt rapidly to request of clients for delivery of a good job accordingly.
