Generative AI enhances work in medical and IT fields by automating tasks like report writing, diagnosis suggestions, coding, and data analysis. As a student and trainer, it supports learning, simplifies complex topics, and aids in project development. While it boosts efficiency and creativity, ethical use and critical thinking remain essential.
As a graphic designer Generative AI has helped me create customize photo for my online content. All I have to do is to input the prompt with the particular image I want it to generate and it responds with the a good and concise representation of what I want…. It’s a game changer for me.
As an administrator, Generative AI helps in performing automated tasks, emails creation, scheduling etc relieving work load and delivery in a good time
Generative AI will help me create customized content based on my learners’ abilities and their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). For students with special needs, this might include:
Simplified reading passages
Visual storyboards or social stories
Interactive worksheets tailored to specific cognitive or behavioral goals

As a Project Transaction Support Analyst in the Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) space, Generative AI has great impact on my work. This is further explained below:
1. IMPACT AND ENHANCEMENT OF MY WORK – Generative AI is already transforming how I approach complex PPP transactions. My role involves a lot of analysis, report writing, stakeholder communication, and due diligence—and AI tools like ChatGPT help streamline those tasks.
AI is making the following difference in my work:
✓ Rapid Drafting & Editing – I use generative AI to draft concept notes, project summaries, transaction timelines, and even sections of feasibility reports. It accelerates my writing process and helps with structuring long documents.
✓ Simplifying Technical Language – PPP documentation can be quite dense. AI helps me convert technical or legal jargon into plain language for different stakeholder groups—whether it is government officials, private investors, or the public.
✓ Market Sounding & Stakeholder Prep – I simulate stakeholder interviews using AI. This helps anticipate investor questions or concerns before actual market sounding exercises.
✓ Risk Identification & Benchmarking – AI can quickly summarize global PPP best practices or extract comparable projects from databases and reports, which helps in designing robust risk-sharing structures.
✓ Presentation Support – AI assists in creating engaging slide decks, visuals, and executive summaries, making communication much more efficient and impactful.
2. TASKS, PROCESSES, OR OTHER ASPECTS OF PPPs – Some specific changes I have observed or anticipate:
✓ Data Room Management – AI can help summarize hundreds of pages of financial, legal, or technical due diligence documents into digestible insights.
✓ Contract Review Support – While not a replacement for legal review, AI can flag unusual terms or compare clauses across multiple drafts of concession agreements or PPP contracts.
✓ Training & Capacity Building – We’re beginning to use AI to design interactive training materials for newer staff or public sector counterparts—making capacity-building efforts more dynamic and tailored.
✓ Scenario Planning – AI tools help brainstorm alternative risk mitigation strategies or procurement approaches based on past global case studies.
3. USE OF GENERATIVE AI IN EDUCATION AND TRAINING
While I am not currently a student, I have taken recent PPP-related online courses and workshops where generative AI played a role. For example:
✓ AI-assisted research – I have used AI to speed up literature reviews and extract key learnings from long PPP toolkits and World Bank resources.
Interactive Learning – In one course, the instructor used AI chatbots to simulate real-world scenarios like negotiation between a public authority and a private concessionaire.
