    General VAs are broad scape. They have diverse skill set. e.g. Administrative VAs(They are accountable for a wide range of responsibilities, be it email management, travel arrangement, File organization etc).
    While Specialized VAs are freelancers that specify majorly on one part of VA e.g book keeping VAs, E-commerce VAs, Real Estate VAs etc.

    A. Excel : Is used to create, maintain spreadsheets and analyze stored data in a spreadsheet for better understanding of the stored data

    B. Zoom : Can be used for face to face chat with the client to discuss about the growth, consultation, data sharing or informations about the company.
