    Niching down means specializing in a particular industry or service as a virtual assistant rather than offering general services. It also enables one to focus on developing ones skill in a particular field and line of work

    Niching down leads to fewer competitions and easier client target within your one field or line of work

    Challenge:
    One might not be eligible to apply to most jobs and depending on your niche — niching down can sometimes lead to a smaller pool of job flow

    A general Virtual Assistant can work as an administrative virtual assistant. They are versatile in their roles or work. General Virtual Assistant can multitask and also do varieties of work from scheduling appointments or meetings, data analyst, content creator, book keeping and many more.
    A Specialist Virtual can only do a specific task in the area of their knowledge. They specialized on a particular work . Examples of a specialization a virtual assistant can choose are E- commerce VAs or Book- keeping, customer service VAs.

    The roles of a general VAs and Specialised VAs are intertwine but yet they have distinct role.
    While a General VAs is one who is accountable for a wide range of responsibilities, A specialised VAs has it’s own special task or area of work focused on.

    Niching down for virtual assistant means particular areas of work out the numerous types of a virtual assistant where one is trained on. They have their own customers for a particular work.For example a technical virtual assistant can’t do the work of a general virtual assistant even though he or she may have an ideas on how its been done, The VAs strength of work,, thereby giving you an accurate result is being a social media VAs
