    The general virtual assistant is an all rounder. She is involved in everything, ranging from work schedules, email monitoring and supervision, they maintain the business and make sure everything is in order. They don’t have a specific niche and can do almost everything.
    Some of their other tasks are;
    Daily to do list arrangements,
    Flight booking.
    Daily or monthly float analysis and planning.
    Data checks and entry.
    Then.
    The specialized VA is the one that has carved a niche for herself. Could be environmental related VA and/or Healthcare related VA.
    They are good in a particular specialty they choose to focus on.
