    1. CRM Tools: The primary functions of CRM tools include generating leads for the business, serving as a centralized communication tool for both internal and external users, managing customer contact and communication in one place from all linked social media and communication platforms.
    CRM Tools enhance a VA’s workflow by helping Virtual Assistants track customers’ information and communications all in one place. They also help a VA manage customer relationships efficiently and help automate workflows, such as calendars, tasks, and project tracking.

    Spreadsheets enhance a VA’s workflow by helping to organize data, automate tasks, simplify complex data and facilitate data accuracy.
