    • It also gives the VA an higher advantage in the market space as being a specialist VA saves one the stress of price competitions. As a VA who niches down, they are not getting paid for their knowledge but for their time. So it give them a upper hand ‘income-wise’.

    The potential challenge of niching down could be boredom. Boredom from having to do the very same thing over and over again, whereas being a general VA allows you to do various things.
