1. Improves Customer Relations.
2. Reduce Competition.
1.A general Virtual assistant is a virtual assistant (VA) is someone who assists clients and businesses in handling all different kinds of tasks like email management, appointment setting, setting up meetings. They position themselves as capable of handling a wide variety of administrative tasks across different industries and business types. In summary, they are versatile. While a specialized VA on the other hand handles tasks that are specific or focus on their roles.. The second benefit is that marketing and job hunting becomes a lot easier. They don’t go around serving everyone because they know where their clients are, the problems that keep them up at night, what language they use to describe their challenges and the solution to their problems.
Challenges
The potential challenge of choosing a niche is that sometimes it can feel like you’re boxing yourself in one corner and missing out on opportunities, especially as a newbie.
