    The similarities of these two types of VA is that the work is both remote and the work of a VA is to reduce workload and increase efficiency, they both use digital tools and communication platforms.

    a)Google Workspace: These are the tools used to aid communication, ease documentation, also for scheduling and collaboration. These tools includes Google Doc, Calender, Google meet, Excel(Sheet)etc.
    (b) Project Management tools: These includes Trello, Notion, Asana etc these tools are used for task organization and project tracking, Hubspots, monday.com are also tools available for use.
    (c). Video communication tools,in this category we have Zoom, Google meet used to aid virtual meetings and real time communication, VA are able to get first hand instructions on the request of their clients.
