It automates marketing and sales tasks, manages leads, improves customer service through automation, analyses customer data, and uses artificial intelligence to predict customer needs. CRM also helps with project management and tracking customer progress.
    3. SPREADSHEET: Spreadsheet (such as Microsoft Excel) is used by virtual assistants to organize, store, and analyse data. It helps in preparing reports and dashboards. Good spreadsheet design requires using colours carefully to highlight important data and show relationships clearly.
