    This is one tool that makes Virtual Assistants job easier, as they are able to arrange and analyse data without having to do it manually.

General VAs are not necessary experts across segments they work. General VA roles includes, email management, calendar scheduling, social media manager, data entry and file organization, travel arrangements, customer support.
    A Specialized VA is one who focuses on a specific function or segment and brings targeted skills that directly impact business performance. Specialized VA is a narrowed down niche. Specialized VA includes administrative VA, technical VA, Social media VA.
    In contrast a general VA is broad-shallow and a specialized one is narrowed-deep.
    General VA are moderate in their skill or sometimes low while specialized VA are experts
    General VA are flexible and more task driven while specialized VAs are most likely to be result driven.

    3.Niching in virtual assistant refers to the identification of a particular segment or section where a individual’s strength is rather than joining all sections of virtual assisting.

    While there are numerous advantages of niching,there are also disadvantages and one is limited visibility,at a early stage when there isn’t a great mastery of ones niche getting a pool of potential clients and customers is limited as the list of potential clients is streamlined to a specific section and not a wider section.
