      Niching down is the process in which a virtual assistance target a specific aspect of the market where there’s need for a product. The high specialized nich market compete with multiple firms/industry and strive to survive. The product in “niching down” are meant to address a certain market needs as well as price range and product standards

      Benefits of choosing a niche focus
      1. Improved customer relationship; Niching down enables a virtual assistance to establish a better customer relationship with clients. The clientele may be small but relationship is built and communication is personalized, there’s also diligent follow up . Having a niche is part of my audience, I must ensure the niche boost efforts not abstract from target audience
