    In comparison, the roles of a general virtual assistant and a specialised virtual assistant require handling task that involve solving problem, managing tasks that relieves the workload of the founders or bosses or even the executives, better put, your employer.
    In contrast, A general virtual assistant provides a wide range of services that include part of the services a specialized VA offers. These services include, social media management, calendar and email management, data entry tasks, customer support, technical support, CRM management, administrative tasks and lots more. While a specialized VA provides services that are niched down and these specialties include, Medical VA, Legal VA, Executive Assistants, Social media managers, Data entry specialists, Customer support VA, and lots more.

    Essential tools used by virtual assistants are:
    1. Project management Tools: These are tools used by VAs to manage project from inception to finish. It is used to track projects progress, assign projects, and automate tasks. Example include Asana, Trello, etc.
    2. Cloud and Collaboration Tools: These tools are used for file storage, data management, scheduling tasks and events, setting reminders and handling basic automation to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Examples include Google Drive, Gmail, etc.
