    It primary function is to enhance interaction with customers, building a trustworthy relationship.
    It enhance a VA’s workflow by recording customer’s contacts and conversations, creating performance reports etc. thereby enabling a VA answer inquiries and act quickly.

    2.WORK PLANNER
    Its primary purpose is to track the progress of projects.
    It enhance a VA’s workflow by helping the VA in organising tasks and management of time.

    3.GOOGLE CALENDAR
    Its primary purpose is to help user plan their events, schedules, meetings and appointment.
    With it, the VA is able to share the organized calendar with the client, helping the VA and the client to work together to achieved a desired result.
