Question 1: General VA is the broad services offer by a Virtual Assistant without a specific area of speciality or expert needed. This are called the general role for any Virtual Assistant to offer because it’s doesn’t require any extra training or specific skills to function properly for such job most especially for small business owner and small organization. Example of general VA are Customer Service VA, Administrative VA etc. While the Specialized Virtual assistant require more training and learning for work efficiency and productivity because of the nature of such Company/Business/Organization which could be their priority and the skills they may be looking before hiring VA for their Job. This type of role or Job is for not General VA but rather a specialized ones. Example of such is Estate and property Management VA, Project Management etc. These are role that require additional skills to function properly.
