    A. Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The CRM tool embodies certain applications (Both Specialized and General) to help the Virtual Assistant to effectively operate, collaborate and analysis workflow, these applications help to VA to collect customers/clients interaction and track performances. tools such as
    (i) Pipedrive similar to Hubspot, Zoho which are sales/marketing focus CRMs that help to manage, track the performances of sales in an organisation.
    (ii) HoneyBook a client/customer management tool designed for both freelancers and small buinesses to track interactions, organizes projects, invoicing and payment receipts.

    B. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) used by specialized VAs to enhancing a website or social media site to be frequent for items and services on the web (visibility).
    Tools such as All-in-One SEO, Google search console, SEMRush, Bing Webmaster etc all functions in same way to give visibility.

    C. Microsoft Suite (Excel Spreed Sheet) CRM. this maintains sharable data entry inforrmation collated from other tools or web.

This is the act of narrowing down to a particular product or service to which the VA has an absolute advantage over others which tend to address certain market need. The benefit of this process are :
