    Niching down: means choosing a specific area of focus to specialize in as a virtual assistant rather than offering general services to anyone.

    The first benefit of Niching down is you are focused on a particular set of people, those people will know for that particular niche you have chosen, because you will go to where those kinds of people are and sell yourself to them.
    – The second benefit of Niching down is you will be very good at that particular niche you have chosen for yourself, you will be an expert because you are focused, and it is something you do every time your service is needed.
    Potential challenge
    Focusing on one niche might reduce the number of potential client especially when you’re just starting your virtual assistant business.
