3. Niching down refers to focusing on a specific group of persons to serve and the services to render. It has many advantages. One advantage of niching down is that it helps you to build a brand. This means that you will be known for that specific service, and it will make it easier for you to become an expert. The second advantage is that it helps one to grow fast instead of being a jack of all trade.
The challenge of niching down is that you may become bored of doing the same tasks for a long time.
