    CRM enhances VA’s workflow in different ways such as; collecting and documenting client information in a single CRM database, recording customer interactions via email, phone, social media, as well as providing the ability to track performance and productivity based on information logged within the system.

    Search Engine Optimisation Tools: SEO is the process of enhancing website so that it appears more frequently when people search for items on service connected to the company on google and other search engine. It makes it easier for potential client to find you online. It helps virtual assistants support clients with content strategy, improve website performance, and drive organic traffic especially for blog management or digital marketing support.

    Project Management Tools: such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, To-do list, they help track how far a project has gone and organize them into different categories. These tools enhances a VA’s workflow by providing them with an opportunity to organize their projects into categories, take into consideration deadlines and communicate progress of a project to customers.
