As an Environmental and social scientist, communication with client, adherence to ethics,and regulatory standards are quite important. Clients want to be constantly updated on whats happening in their project. Understanding the requirements and then adhering to the stipulated standards are also crucial cause one mistake and they become a roadblock. Finally there is the need to stay abreast on the recent happening in my field which is where the task lies, the world is changing fast and you must adapt or get left behind.
Being in the healthcare industry, I believe Communication, Adherence to Ethics and Standards are essential in my field. The areas I would like to improve on are Negotiation and Time management
