  1. As a virtual assistant working in the educational sector, I use communication everyday. My job requires me to manage my time very effectively, communicate with others and most times, I try to consider the message and method to which I use to pass the message across.
    I’m also on a journey to continuous professional development

  2. As someone aspiring to work in healthcare management, I believe all 6 skills are very important. Communication is very essential because of relations to stakeholders. Time management is also very important because in the the healthcare industry, they always have to deal with tight deadlines.

  3. All six skills are essential to me as a project administrator to a real estate company, i mostly communicate a lot with clients,my bosses and also workers especially labour, I will try to adhere more to ethics and standards to have a smoother experience.

  4. As a sales executive officer, I have good negotiation and communication skills and ethical standards. I would also like to improve in other skills to have better knowledge and an in-depth understanding of project management

  5. I’m good in the communication and time management aspect. I know how to manage people and my time effectively. But, I’d like to improve in other areas like Negotiation. I fail to do so even when it’s not favourable for me, at times reasons based on self pity for the company and my employer.   6. As an NGO Administrator, managing Projects and People are a vital part of my job and all six skills are pivotal in everyday delivery of my role.

    I have also come to understand in my role and as I work with other that you need to constantly innovate and improve on yourself and your skills in other to remain relevant. For me, the aspects that involve dealing and managing people (Communication and Negotiation) are most critical in my learning goals because most part of my job involves collaboration, where I meet and work with different kinds of people everyday and the more I learn from my experience and trainings like this, the better I can manage them correctly and the less stressful my job becomes.
